When will my order arrive?
Please note that we need 1-4 business days to process orders. We strive to ship all items on time, however, in rare cases it may take longer.
Tracking numbers are emailed right after the order has been shipped.
Estimated delivery time is around 5-12 business days after your order has been processed.
Any order not received within 4 weeks automatically qualifies for a full refund or free reshipment!
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to United States and Canada and are looking to expand to other countries soon.
Can I track my package?
A tracking number will be sent to your email when your product is shipped. To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we have partnered with leading shipping providers including USPS, LaserShip, and Lone Star Overnight (LSO). You can easily track the progress of your package with the tracking link provided in the shipment confirmation email sent to you upon dispatch of your order.
Please note! On occasion, shipping confirmation emails may end up in your promotions folder. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us and we will gladly resend it to you.
