14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If requested, Krogik may provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns. The cost of the return label may be deducted from the final refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled and refunded if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with this policy.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@krogik.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
